PM Agora 2025: Where EU Project Managers Meet to Learn, Recharge, and Lead

Larnaca, Cyprus – July 7, 2025 – Building on the momentum of its previous edition, PM Agora returns to Larnaca on October 2–3, 2025, once again convening over 100 professionals from across Europe in an event designed to redefine collaboration, capacity building, and wellbeing in the EU project management landscape.

Organised by InnoEUsphere, Academy of Entrepreneurship and T-Hap Ltd, this year’s edition introduces a powerhouse lineup of internationally recognised speakers and a dynamic programme that blends strategic insight with hands-on learning, and professional development with personal wellbeing.

  • Igor Razbornik, AI Strategist and Founder of Smart Institute Research Centre, will delve into AI-powered grant writing and the importance of mentoring for sustainable capacity building.
  • Leonardo Lorusso, Managing Partner of DR & Partners Brussels, brings his deep expertise in EU lobbying with interactive labs on leveraging legislative frameworks and building influence through structured advocacy.
  • Sylvia Liuti, Director of Internationalisation and Gender Equality Expert at FORMAAzione, will lead a transformative workshop on healthy, meaningful stakeholder engagement.
  • Harry Konstantopoulos, Co-Founder of the PM² Alliance, will offer a deep dive into PM², the European Commission’s project management methodology, exploring its application for certification and excellence.
  • Kelly Diapouli, Artistic Director of Larnaka 2030 (European Capital of Culture Candidate), will illustrate how cultural approaches can sustain and maximise the long-term impact of EU projects.
  • Konstantinos Georgiou, General Coordinator of the Entrepreneurship Committee, Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth (Cyprus), will discuss the future of work, with a focus on upskilling, reskilling, and systemic change.
  • Kika Kattami, Attaché at the Permanent Representation of Cyprus to the European Union, will open Day 1’s policy plenary, offering crucial insights into the evolving EU funding landscape.
