Founder and CEO, C.A. InnoEUsphere Limited
Christina Achilleos is a lifelong learning expert and entrepreneur based in Larnaka. She founded InnoEUsphere in 2022 and co-founded PM Agora, Europe’s only conference for EU project managers. With over a decade of experience in the design and delivery of EU projects, she has built a strong track record across education, culture, and capacity building.
A certified VET trainer, she specialises in entrepreneurship and leadership development.
Christina is deeply rooted in Larnaka’s civic and cultural life, including the city’s European Capital of Culture 2030 journey.

Anastasia Skandalaki
Mining Engineer and Environmental Consultant
Anastasia is a mining engineer and environmental specialist based in Greece.
A proud member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) since 1999, she holds an MSc in Management of Water Resources and an MBA for Engineers. With over 25 years of experience in environmental projects spanning solid waste management, hydrogeological studies, and water resource impacts, she has played a significant role in designing and managing co-funded European programmes, including INTERREG, ERASMUS+, INTERISK, CRINNO, ARCHIMEDES, and Partnership Pacts for Regional Development.
Her collaboration with InnoEUsphere reflects a shared belief in a more educated Europe that embraces equal opportunities for all.
